Pre-screening highlights: Units do not include ovens — kitchenettes have a two‑burner hot plate and space for small appliances. Please confirm you’re comfortable cooking without an oven. Discuss shared kitchen arrangements with leasing prior to scheduling a tour. Applicants must submit a completed application; market-rate units require 3x rent in gross income, MFTE units require 2x rent and have program income limits.
